What does it mean?

Our House Cleaning service  is 4 hours (staff-hours *) long.

In some cases, to complete 100% of the tasks, more time might be necessary. It all depends on the size of your home and the current cleaning condition of your home. 

Please be aware that there will be an additional charge if your home needs extra attention and more hours are required. 

IMPORTANT: 

If you do not want to have extra hours, you must let us know about your cleaning priorities for that specific appointment (i.e., 1-kitchen, 2- bathrooms, 3-basement, and so on.)

• If extra hours are needed to finish your house cleaning, and you DO NOT want to pay for the extra hours, please lets us know your cleaning priority list or let us know before the end of your 4 (four) staff hours of service.
• Please be aware that you will still be charged the total amount if the cleaners finish 100% of the work before the 4 (four) staff hours and you have no additional cleaning requests.

If additional minutes/hours are necessary**, please be aware (It is automatic) that there will be an extra charge of $25 every 30 minutes.

You have the option of adding time to your booking for only $50/hour. If you think that your home will need extra attention and you would like to add one or more hours to your booking, please let us know in advance as this extra hour(s) is subjected to our schedule's availability.

*Staff-Hours: 1 Cleaner = 4 hours, 2 Cleaners = 2 Hours, and so on.

• Wipe down the countertop, island, and table
• Wipe down  exterior of microwave, stove, oven, and fridge
• Clean inside of the microwave
• Disinfect door handles and light switches
• Clean all floor surfaces
• Take out garbage and recycling

• Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
• Clean all floor surfaces, vacuuming and/or mopping
• Disinfect door handles and lights switches
• Take out garbage and recycling

• Wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, tub, and sink
• Dust all accessible surfaces
• Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
• Clean all floor surfaces
• Disinfect door handles and light switches
• Take out garbage and recycling

• Dust all accessible surfaces
• Wipe down exterior of washer and dryer
• Disinfect door handles and light switches

You have the option to add extra services. Most extras services add one hour of time and cost ($50/hour) to your booking.

If your home is outside of a 20-mile radius from our office location in Herriman, a travel fee may be applied.

We disinfect our equipment in between every service.

Please be advised that the time of your appointment will be within a time range of two (2) hours.
